Use Consent

Learn how to use the current values of consent for an individual record.

For email sent from within Luminate Online, email opt outs are automatically filtered out from receiving email. For any other consent channel, or for segmenting to specific interests (newsletter, for example), the administrator can choose to filter out recipients who did not opt in to the interests by using built-in interest groups.

All other fields that are added to the system can be queried against to create groups (e.g. Users Opted into Auto-Calling and Users Opted out of Auto-Calling) and those data points can be exported and then imported into any system where corresponding fields have been added (Raiser's Edge, for example).

Custom fields, indicating whether or not a record has opted into Wealth Screening or Data Enrichment, can be reported on and filtered against before having those records' data processed.

The only communication method performed by Luminate Online is email. Email consent is automatically filtered against for those deliveries.
